    No! You must use "SEMC Tool v8.4 Free" for a full flash (personally tested and working), you can change CDA also. Works only with DSS-20/25 or T28 service cable. You can use the fimware in dowload area or bin files firmware.
    P.S. The last and more stable firmware for k600i is R2ba019

    Ok but, cant download the firmware due to restriction.

    Cant open this program I think it's corrupted...

    I finally got a working SEMCTOOL v8.4, but when it was asking to turn ON the phone my phone doesn't want to turn ON..

    If you use the DSS-20/25 you must install the DSS driver before.
    If you use te Serial Cable as soon as the appz tell you power on the phone, press quickly the power button on the phone until SEMC detect it. Not holding the key! The phone don't must power on.
    Remove and reinsert battery before start.

    Let me clarify your instruction.
    *** As soon as the apps ask to turn ON the power, "press the power ON until SEMC detects the unit".
    *** DO NOT HOLD KEY when powering ON?
    *** When you state "The phone don't must power on" What do you mean by that?
