Hello, my K600i (unlocked) went dead after installing different sim card. I tried to power up with T-Mobile sim (original sim card) and still no luck, all I get is multi second flick on the screen. If there's anything to do to get my phone fix please let me know. Thanks!

well first off, try charging it. It may be something as simple as that. Otherwise it may be something a bit more difficult to solve.

FYI-Battery is fully charged before having this problem. I just test the batt with DMM and read 4.5vdc.

And now with all sim card you have this problem? What's appear on screen as soon as power on the phone?

Phone doesn't work with any sim card or without sim card. Once the power is button is pressed all I see is a little bit of brightness and you won't notice if it's a white screen or what. I tried updating the firmware with SEUS using DSS-20 but no lock, I always get to the point that says "make sure the dock is connected to PC, remove and insert battery and etc.." Get info with xs++
After get info with xs++ you should reflash the proper firmware or update.

What hardware do I need to use, because I tried connecting my phone & pc using DSS-20 won't do, I also tried the mini USB cable that came with it but no luck. Thanks for the quick reply. Originally Posted by berthstein

berthstein: Have you had good results with K600 and XS++?
The last time I used XS++ for that model it damaged the phone.
