Phone doesn't work with any sim card or without sim card. Once the power is button is pressed all I see is a little bit of brightness and you won't notice if it's a white screen or what. I tried updating the firmware with SEUS using DSS-20 but no lock, I always get to the point that says "make sure the dock is connected to PC, remove and insert battery and etc.." What else to do except scraping this phone?

After get info with xs++ you should reflash the proper firmware or update.

What hardware do I need to use, because I tried connecting my phone & pc using DSS-20 won't do, I also tried the mini USB cable that came with it but no luck. Thanks for the quick reply.

I tried this program but it says cannot open comm port. I follow the instructions even pressing 2&5 did not work.
