First of all check if you have got the correct drivers,
second check on device manager if you have the com port of the service cable (to be sure plug and unplug the cable and see if new com port come out on device manager under com port voice),
third that two wire are very important, they must be connected to a 3v battery or 3v trasformer otherwise when you plug the cable to the phone it switches on!

Note: The program defaults do COM7, to change comport use the commandline -p /COM6 (6 is the desired port)

the command line should be the appropriate com port on your PC, read it on device manager com port voice
