Can't download

I am registred from february the 28 and I've posted more than 20 messages but when I try to download something in the Download section I still get the "Restricted acces" message, why ?
Normally, it's being more than one month I'm registred (28 february to 28 march makes one month !) and I have posted more than the required 20 messages...
Does the time counter consider one month is past after 31 days ?

Ok, that was because I was in infraction, I posted a message only to thank...

If you want download, write helpful messages, not thanks and spam.

I'm requesting any modderator or administrator to check my posts and if there's no problem; enable my account so I can start downloading? thanks. It's not that I'm begging... but I just can't download anything (not even attachments from the forums) since I breached the 20th post mark.

Hi, I want to know, because I posted just to say "thanks" I'm in infraction and this infraction expires april the 7th.
After that, will my request be accepted ? That was my only message that doesn't respect the forum rules...

the reason may be all the thankful messages you guys have sent may be SPAM or noy considered as messages AT ALL!
