noob sucessfully unlocked an old Z610i from 3 network in oz

the se2 tool unlock guide worked perfectly as long as the guide is followed exactly. i mean step by step and understand what is being described. read a little ahead to get the idea of what is going on. I was able to sucessfuly unlock a z610i :-) the only step i was uncertain of was what was the "main" file. It can be downloaded in the firmware section of top sony downloads (registration required) make sure the correct firmware main is used for your fone. i used the generic firmware main file. the unlock creator needs the main file to be extracted from the archive. the fone must never again be updated with the official se update or the unlock is lost. remember to disable any kind of auto firmware update on your shiny new usefull fone.
