Dear i have bought phone from online shop used and when i recive the phone i insert my sim and try to make calls then i heras some beep and line is droped i think the phone was stolen , i call the t-mobile and they told me that the phone imei is blacklisted , and now i cannot use the phone in UK , i whant to now if is posible to change imei and can i use in orther country then UK . Phone is working perfect.

It is not possible to change IMEI.
The online shop must not be very reputable if they are selling stolen goods.
Get in contact with the store and try returning the phone.

Changing the IMEI in many countries is illegal - I know it definetely is in the UK. A johnrm says, return the phone to the original shop you got it. However, I think that the phone will work in other countries as operators in different countries are yet to share IMEI blacklists I think.
