W810i died while trying to unlock - Please Help!!

Phone is prolly not dead. It's likely you need to reflash to make it wake up again. Post your output for a more specific answer as stated.

Sorry all - I stepped away but was still logged in. Here is the log from XS++. I am trying to flash the same Main firmware back on the phone but all I see is 17:30:40| Sending db2010_cid49red_flash_r2a003.bin.... It's been like this for about an hour. Is this normal? If I tried to stop XS++ is says stopping the flashing may cause damage to the phone but it does not look like it is doing anything. PLEASE help me!!
