Did you made a GDFS backup before flashing the one downloaded from Internet? If yes, then you can restore that backup to revive the phone...

No, flashing a GDFS that did not originally come from that exact handset may have severe consequences. By exact handset I mean your handset, not your friends unlocked handset, YOUR HANDSET!

You dont need gdfs backup.
it's dont relative.
You must use setool full ver (for example setool2) and same imei on gdfs by otp.
Otp can't change but gdfs become.
You take your phone to mobile workshop and say your problem they solve it.

1. Changing the IMEI is illegal
2. You can find it in shops of official resellers, it's about 180€
Don't bother searching cracked versions, there has only been one and it's rather old.

you need setool box that is very expensive
so the best way is going to workshop to solve your problem by pressing only unlock button on setool program(box is needee)

If the phone is yours changing the IMEI is not illegal. It depends on where u live.

Go to the nearest workshop to fix your phone. There is nothing else u can do about it. Next time backup your GDFS :)
