Easy question for the pros

How do you save your notes? A feature i use a whole bunch and everytime i flash firmware for whatever reason(usually my fault because i deleted something i shouldnt have) i lose my notes. ERRR! this ticks me off. Everything else Myphone explorer saves except notes.

You Can Easily Use MyPhoneExplorer To Backup Your Notes And I Have Heard That The New PC Suite v3 Can Also Do It.
