I own a k810i and my problem is that every few days it shuts down by itself. It kills me not knowing why and what can be done to fix it.

Here's the story: I bought the phone from a stranger (it showed only 40 min of total talk time, so I figured he's telling the truth and is a new phone) and for a week it had no problems. I decided to update vie SEUS, everything worked fine, but since then the phone keeps shutting down by itself. Situations in which happened to shut down: while talking, while initiating a call, when receiving a call, when unpluging the handsfree. It might have sometihing to do with the low temperature as it's winter in my country but I can't confirm this.

I suspect the new FW is the problem because previously a had a k610i for 9 months and never had problems. But 1 week before selling it (the k610i) I updated the FW and the new owner has the same problem now, it shuts down. He sais that he suspects it has something to do with the battery being fully charged.

Also, can anyone explain what the information below realy means, like "UA version" or why I see there different SW versions?

And another thing, before the software update I think that if I received a call while using the handsfree the ringtone could be heard in both headphones and the phone speaker. Now it's only heard in the headphones if the phone is on silent.
