Yes!... it is possible.
You find the skins for 176x220 walkman 2 (for example here)
Then you upload the skin folder to /tpa/system/multimedia/mp/skin
You could use Far Manager for changing of skin.

first of all you could flash it to W610 and install new skins .. !! and enjoy walkman 2

or else Change its Media Player Skin with SE Image Tool and Setool2 lite
