Important Command For GDFS

could you tell us where do we have to write the commands? Could you give more details about this? Another question, if I get a damaged GDFS but don't have a back-up, is it posibile to cutomize a blank GDFS by IMEI? I mean to record my phones IMEI into the blank GDFS to repair the phone. My phone is fine, this was an example, cuz many people have problems and for now the phones could be repaired with some patches or in service. Thanks!
