What did you do? Backing up your GDFS?

Just tried clicking 'Identify' and got port 8 open error: "the handle is invalid" Can't load ID loader

Tried again with standard usb cable with 'usb' selected as interface and blue bar continually scrolls accross bottom of prog' and doesn't read anything
