Top Sony - Languages Description
If you can find it there, I can't.
You just download the firmwire MAIN and FS and the custom pack and flash it onto the phone. And your phone should have a new language.

no urdu for SE phones... try arabic for typing because urdu uses same language script.

Unfortunately Urdu Is Not Supported But Ive Seen Somewhere On Google That A Guy Changed The Font Of Arabic And Turned It Into URDU. NOT SURE!!!
