    noob needing help

    Hi there well i have a k800i locked to orange i would like to unlock this and use my o2 pay as u go simcard.I have read alot of guides etc and am starting to get my head round it.

    any idiot proof guides would be a bonus.

    Your phone must be CID52; if it's not you should upgrade it.
    I think that your phone is DB2020. Is it?

    I find out that k800 is only db2020, so it doesn't matter.
    But you should check what is your CID. If you want to unlock your phone it must be CID52. If it's lower you should upgrade it using SEUS.
    Just do an identify using setool2lite. Also you should save the GDFS. But first read the sticky tutorials for setool2lite.
