stuck Activating filesystem

I tried many times to flash my phone, but I keep getting stuck on the final step, "Activating filesystem". It stays there forever and never finishes.

I copied the customization files (w550i_cda102415_1_emea_1) to the same directory that XS++ is installed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I followed the instructions and it gives the "configuration error. please contact your network operator"

The custom pack's folder structure isn't good. In zip package the folder structure must be tpa/preset/custom/ but in your case is W550i_CDA102415_1_EMEA_1/tpa/preset/custom/

Correct this error, or download a good custom pack, and use that...

Why don't you use xs 3.1 ???Find your custom pack go to FSX in XS++ and drag n drop the files in tpa/preset/custom/.

xs++ doesn't like the w550/w600, it's worse in older versions.
to upload a custpack with setool2 lite, you need to create a folder called tpa then inside that folder a folder called preset then inside that folder a folder called custom, so it goes tpa/preset/custom with the custpack in the custom folder. and zip it up, then extract it to check it some zip programmes will mess up the structure, the put the tpa.zip (MUST be .zip & not .rar or anything) in the MISC box in setool2 lite and then press flash.
