Newbie question

I see a message appearing in XS++ when it's customising the file system:

Uploading /tpa/preset/custom/CONTENT_DOWNLOAD_HOOK.itm...

Where is it trying to load from exactly?
I'm assuming that it's subdirectory from the directory where xs++ is installed. Is that correct?

If you selected "own_custpack" from the Dropdown menu it's in the "own_custpack" folder in XS++.
If you selected your Model it's stored in XS++ itself.

Unfortunately, I am using Windows 2000, so that part of the user interface does not work.

XS++ chose by default your exact phone model and and a CDA/custompack equal or near at your current setting.
