Debranding rogers w580i, need help!

I have a few questions, im a noob with phones and dont know anything ive researched a fair amount and i just want to be sure.

1)Do i need to unlock my phone before i debrand it?

2)What would be the difference between:
W580_R6BC002_FS_AMERICA_1_RED52
and
W580_R6BC002_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52

2) They contain different language packs:

3) Yes, it should ;)

4) This is the Revision number. It has got nothing to do with your firmware version.
Just look at your log, you've got an R10A custpack with R6BE001 firmware ;)
You can use CDA102568/15 or /106, they're both generic.

Nbr 4) confuses me also even though i did manage to debrand as per Top Sony - CDA W580[/QUOTE] w580i cda CDA102774/83 or CDA102774/88 however no CDA102774/87. this did confuse me also just kept asking and found my firmware by awesome mbr on topsony. Nbr 4) still confuses me

i got the same phone as u and i debranded with setool with diffrent fireware and my screen is screw up it turned bigger i duno wut to do..
