Changing language packs

Okay, total newbie here and I know next to nothing about doing stuff to my phone. I do know that I own a SE K810i that apparently has the Mediterranean language pack (English, Romanian, Greek, 2 others). Other than English, these are not much use. Basically, I want to replace those languages with the Europe 1 pack (R8 firmware) that has English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese on it: languages I actually speak, hehe. I have that file. What I need to know is, what is the easiest and safest way to replace the languages, and only the languages, on my phone? Please, please, please: step by step instructions and a list of the programs I'll need. I have Far and XS++ at the moment. I've also managed to get the Europe pack opened into RAW format so I can get at the language files.

I've looked around and there doesn't seem to be anything related to the K810i. I could be wrong, though, so if I am a link to the proper thread is also appreciated.

Changing language is the same with all Sony Ericsson phones.

So I guess you want EUROPE_1.
You use XS++ to flash the MAIN EUROPE_1 and FS EUROPE_1, and then you flash the EUROPE_1 custom pack which contains he languages.

Is there any way to bypass the flashing and just upload a new custom pack? I checked the service menu and it said:

CDA102568/4 R8A
cxc1250813 R8BA024
MEDITERR

So, can I just replace that with CDA102568/10 (Europe 1) and NOT flash the firmware?

I only ask because I'm a bit nervous about flashing the whole thing because I don't want to make my brand new phone inoperable.

Are those only for flashing? Or can I simply replace MEDITERR languages with EUROPE_1 languages? Thanks!

You must use fs what support your language.because i have k800 and i flash phone by other fs what dont support my language.i do any work but i last SUCCEED to channge write language to own longuage.it dont true phone language just true write languege.
