K850 Problem with switching on!!

Hey, woke up in the middle of the night last night and my phone was on charge. The keypad was lit aswell as the screen, but blank. So I disconnected and tried to switch it off, That didn't work. I then took the battery out and replaced it and tried turning it on, the only thing that happened was the keypad lit up and stayed like that!! What the hell is wrong with this phone, only had it about 3 months and already I've had loads of problems with it!!

Any Help would be Appreciated

Also tried updating, but it doesn't work!!

Try to take the battery out for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, than you need to bring it back to you're dealer, otherways you'll have a bricked phone.

I think that you're problem is, that your old software was corrupted, and the phone's hardware got destroyed(in my case too). I flashed it with wrong firmware, and my phone started flashing and then, I turned it off, flashed with generic, and I got reset. Maybe that happened to you too(in some kind, or case), and now, I'm 50% sure that you'll get a new one, when you bring it into service.
