I'm in the same boat - Paypal completed, submitted a ticket, still no response. I ended up just downloading the software and files (X++ v.3, USB Flash Drivers, SEUS, FS, Main, and custpack).

I think I spent about four hours the other night researching the process to find good tutorials. The best help was from akshayy.com - I watched the video tutorials he has. Took all of 6 minutes to get my w580i debranded.
