And I'm also getting the "Coniguration error. Please contact your service provider or service center." message at startup. Will installing the custom pack fix that or did I mess up when flashing?

One thing that I think might be confusing in this guide is how do you upload the custompack in XS++. Do you select the file like you do with FS and MAIN?
