When you perform a master reset only the data stored on the phone itself is touched. Everything on the Memory Stick and SIM card remains intact. However, if you have any Java applications or DRM-protected items on the Memory Stick, you won't be able to access them after a master reset.

You can try MSFileRescue , but i`m not sure after master reset..
