    Cool k800i not recognising .rar file

    hi im a new member and also a new owner of k800i.

    i downloaded .rar file to my pc and then send it via bluetooth but when sending the file to my phone is done, the .rar file goes straight to others folder.

    my questions are:

    is this the correct way of sending this file? or does it need to be done differently?

    is this just a matter of upgrading the firmware( and if yes how to do it.)

    or is it not just possible to open .rar themes on k800i?

    many thanks
    ill appreciate all help

    Click Extract Here with WinRar.

    Themes extension is *.thm
    games and application extension is *.jar

    <EDIT>

    You can extract on phone with this application: MobileRar_0_8_Halmer.jar

    ( can extract *.rar , *.zip and *.7z archives )

    Well, since I know none of the phones (excepted the Smartphones) is not suporting a .rar FILE, not to say a theme, you can't use it on a SE phone. But, extract it to the computer, you will see a "file".thm, that should be coppied on the phone, in the Themes folder...
