K850 firmware problem

I recently bought K850 but it has some problems like, can't play wmv, realvideo file & also can capture video at 7.5 fps only, while SE stated specification is 30pfs . Anybody help

that si sw problem, you will have to flash your phone, try to udate fw via SEUS, or re-install the same, and maybe after that the phone will work ordinarily.

The K850 does play wmv's but at a max. res of 176*144 and a low bitrate. Use mp4 instead, thats much better. Maybe its the same for .rm.

I have a problem with the lent of the camera.........when I turn on camera the lent do not open...........i dont know why.......when this happen i used to take off the battery for about a minute and then it works.....but now it doesn´t.....

That sounds more like a hardware problem, get a new one @ the shop you bought the phone.
