when i click games or applications i get the message pop up on screen sayin opperation failed i have master reset my phone and it is still doin it

can any1 tell me what is wrong with it and how to cure it

Um never heard of that problem, but you could try Sues, or reflash your phone, they may help.

how do i do this i no nothing about phones or how 2 do stuff to them ?

Download n install latest Sony Ericsson update service (SEUS) software from SE's official Support website....install it and then run.just follow the instruction given to you by the software.

about reflashing the firmware, if you really know nothing, then I suggest scour this forum for the stickies...but if you are not confident, then it's better you bring back the phone to the retailer for check-up

SUSE will not help in this problem,it will only update ur frimware,which will not solve the "operation failed" problem. Only reflashing will help you.

@se k810i download XS++ and flash your phone, seus will not help you.
