Operation failed /games and apps

My games and apps folder will not open.
I know a lot of people have had this problem but i dont know how to fix it.
I have a k800i and tried flashing it a while back but after the flash my phone was locked so i spend 3 days trying to unlock it and have only just succedded today but i still have the games and apps failed problem.
Please help.

same problem with my brother's phone... (there is some thing wrong..some kind of virus which corrupts the firmware or picks)

gotta flash the FS. I had the problem before and its the only way to fix it that i know of.

But if i flash the FS it will be locked to 3 again can some one give me instructions on how to do this and keep it unlocked.. it would be really appreciated = thank you post :)

you got to do a full flash, it's most properly caused by a corupt java app or something, the k800i can be unlocked for free you need this

I had the same problem with a W850i, but it was solved after flashing it using SETool2. As number one said you can get a vkp patch to disable the SIM-lock using Remove SIM-lock patch generator and then you can apply the patch with SETool2.

You just reflash it with SETool and it will work:

Try to reset it to fabric settings.
