Configuration error!

So, my w550i went all white some days ago and i fixed it by updating it through SEUS, it worked fine for a few hours but suddenly it went white again.

I´we tried to flash R4CB020 Main and FS with both XS++3.1 and setool2 lite, no luck tough, XS freezes on activating filesystem and setool completes but the phone still got the same error, "Configuration error" after pin-input that is..

After some reading, i noticed someone saying that it might be the FS file that doesn't work properly, so i tried the R4BA041 FS with R4CB020 Main, no luck there either. Shouldn't this error be fixed in XS 3.0 and 3.1?

I flashed a k800 with XC with no poblems at all, it works perfeclty now (he got an error when trying to reach games or applications earlier)

Later, when i'm allowed to download again i'll try to flash R4BA041 Main and FS, i hope this solves the porblem but if it doesn't i need some advice..

Oh, i'm using a dcu-60 cable..

Oh, it's only that..
I tried making my own custom file with SIMLockPatchGen, but that only disabled the sim lock i suppose.
Can you tell me where i can find the custom pack?

Finalization = Completing flashing operations and storing basic settings that phone needs to properly operate [i.e. security certificates, (and this is why phone displays "configuration error" if it is not properly done)].

Firmware has two parts:
1. FS: It contains languages, images, sounds, animations, settings, etc. Anything that isn't pure software.
2. Main: It contains the software.

Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version

Jup i know that ;) but how do i put the custom pack on the phone? should i add them like the vkp patches? i got a bunch of *.itm files and one *.xml file.

I'we read that, it's when i'm customizing (step 4) it freezes on activation filesystem and does not create any foldera or anything else usefull...
All that happens is:

Does Setool finalize the filesystem atuomaticly or do i have to load the custom pack i downloaded? i can't just add the custom pack files tough, if i load the .zip file as "firmware upgrade pack" it says "bad", and the CDA and CID options are grayed :(


NWM i missed:

followup question:
Do i add patches like "radio_without_headsets_w550_r4cb020.vkp" by loading it's zip as i did with the custom pack?

Step 1: Shut down your phone and open SETool 2 Lite.
Step 2: Choose your phone model.
Step 3: Press the ADD button and select the Main&FS files (.mbn & .fbn). MAIN and FS can also be bin files. In fact the only important thing is that, they're unencrypted.
Step 4: Select the archive with the customization files (.zip).After it is recognized by the program , in the left side will appear informations about the customization.The archive(.zip) contain files from tpa/preset/custom.
Step 5: Press the FLASH button.
Step 6: Connect the usb cable while holding down the "c" button un your phone. Then wait for the process to finish.
Step 7: Disconnect your phone , get the battery out for 5 seconds , reintroduce it and start up the phone.It will appear a screen with "Please Wait...", wait 1-2 minutes and then the phone will start normally.

Follow this tutorial step by step.
