Hi I have a W810i locked by O2 Germany. I would like to unlock it and I wonder if the phone will be unlocked after flashing it?
Could someone answer this?

No it won't.
Read simox' thread in the unlocking section.
If your phone is higher than CID49 you have no chance to unlock it for free.

Flashing means debranding. Unlocking is to remove sim lock
