in video can support 3gp and some mp4

They're different, all modded menu icon, skin, sound, etc. just enhance/modified existing feature of the phone. Not new feature added like new video format support.

You cannot play it directly since they are supported only on smartphones....

You can instead use a free software called SUPER ENCODER and then convert it into .3gp or .mp4 and then you can see it in your phone :D
