patch for record sound in mp3 format?

can a vkp script change amr format in sound recorder in k750,k510 and other se phone to mp3 or mp4??
my phone record sound in 1.5 kbps, is very very poor quality.
(ex: change 3gp in record clip by phone camera to mp4)

the patch for video recording 3gp-->mp4 did not change quality..
mayb for amr--> mp3 will be the same.

Well There Is No Such Patch And If We Had In Future, That Would Be Useless Since Recording In MP3 Wont Change Anything Else Rather Than Size, Bitrate Etc. It Would Be Like Just Re-encoding A 12kbps Song To 64kbps With Higher Size And Same Quality.

there is no patch for doing this because the codecs (amr and mp3) use 2 different algorithms of encoding. In the case of 3gp to mp4 it's something else. Mp4 it's a "mask" for some codecs.
an mp4 can have MPEG-4 (Part 2, Part 10 (AVC/H.264)), MPEG-2 or MPEG-1 for video codec (avc/h.264 is codec used by 3gp) and AAC, MP3, MP2, MP1, CELP, TwinVQ, or SAOL (MIDI) for audio codec.
