How to copy the system file in the phone to your computer?

As everybody know, we can use XS++ to up file like layout, flash, menu... to the phone. But anybody know how to copy these file from the phone to the computer. Such as I want to take a flash from the phone to the computer, but I don't know how.
Myphoneexplore can't back up these kind of files. It can only back up user file.

Have you ever tried with swissmgrfree_uiq3_160.sis. It could help you to copy some (I said some) files from your phone (C drive) and ROM (Z drive) to your PC
