    Hello. I am attempting to do the following:
    "II. - Installing 'USB Flash Drivers' on XP ( written by senter )"
    I don't understand step 2 of the directions:
    "2. Start XS++ and click Connect"
    What is "XS++"? Where do i find/start it?
