    If UK is Europe2 then you should use:
    W200_R4JA011_MAIN_GENERIC_ME_RED52

    W200_R4JA011_FS_EUROPE_2_RED52

    Hence your CDA is:CDA102738/19 EUROPE_2 Generic Trade UK United Kingdom

    Use that FS and MAIN and for the CDA you can use the generic.. (i dont know for the Trade UK, is it the provider?)

    but i think if you use this CDA: CDA102737/11 GENERIC EUROPE_2 it wont go wrong..
