I don't think that the solution is to buy credit, WE can help you to find a free solution. Your mobile is not died or whatever, it just need to be reflashed with the correct files. You can use xs++, semc 8.4 with service cable or setool lite.
If you prefer wotan or tms or other remote service, free to use it. Instead if you want challenge in a do-it-yourself free, search, study and, at the end, be proud of the good results!
