Could it be that CDA102555/10 is wrong

    use X++
goto - Select Customise, choose your region & re-flash (just the customise, and not the Main and FS)
I had the same error midway through my unlocking process (froze on "Please wait screen". , as soon I changed to the correct CDA relating to my region, this then worked. :)

The cable, which I ordered 3 weeks ago, finally arrived today. I installed total multiserver usb drives and tried to identify the phone via Setool2 lite, xs++ and semctool 8.4 but the computer couldn`t recognize the phone. Any suggestion what shoud I do?

And why the name of the cable i total multiserver cable? Can i use it with other applications such as SEMCTool, XS++ ... ?

I use This drivers, the cable is Total MultiServer 2 in 1. Is that the right drivers?

P.S. OMG! Remember you may need a 9V battery for use with this cable. ???
Is it true? If it is, that means the cable is useless and I can`t repair my w810 by myself, cause the battery is 3.6V :(

I`m so happy, the phone is revived. The explanation is in next lines.
First, change the port of the cable, the default port is com16. What have i done?
In device manager, change COM1 port to COM33(In example). After that move "total multiserver cable" to com1 - very easy:p. After that I executed the following script:
Here is guide (v1) how to full repair W810

Usualy with this procedure can be solved ANY software problems
    (dead, Please Wait, ...)

    1. - Use Test Point - NOT Checked
    - Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
    - Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
    - Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
    - Flash MAIN file from MAIN directory (better latest version)
    - Not need to use Test Point on phone

    2. - Use Test Point - NOT Checked
    - Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
    - Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
    - Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
    - Flash FS file from FS directory (same version as MAIN file)
    - Not need to use Test Point on phone

    3. - Use Test Point - NOT Checked
    - Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
    - Complete phone after flash - NOT Checked
    - Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
    - Flash W810_EEPROM_Area_Flash.mbn as MAIN file
    - Not need to use Test Point on phone

    4. - Use Test Point - NOT Checked
    - Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
    - On Repair tab mark Rebuild SP Area and Remake CRC's
    - Do Selected Jobs
    - Not need to use Test Point on phone

    5. - Use Test Point - NOT Checked
    - Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
    - On Unlock tab mark Clear SP Locks
    - Do Selected Jobs
    - Not need to use Test Point on phone

    6. - Use Test Point - NOT Checked
    - Skip TP when flash MAIN, FS - NOT Checked
    - Complete phone after flash - Checked
    - Recover Certificate - NOT Checked
    - Remove all filenames from MAIN and FS edit boxes
    - Not need to use Test Point on phone
The duration of the whole process was apr 15 minutes.
Now I have a minor problem with the brightness of the display. It`s not fully brightly. When I`m turning on the phone, the first screen (white for 2 seconds) is fully bright, but after that it`s a little bit darkened.
Thank you to every who helped me, with suggestion, I really appreciate your assistance! Thank you again and sorry for my English!

    Can you add pics?

I'm having the same problem with my phone, but I'm unable to get SEMC version 8.4 or 8.7 to function for me. I have the multiserver cable, which I also assigned to COM1, but it just sits there waiting at "switch phone on". I am able to flash the phone with xs++ and setool, I've also customized the phone, but it always goes back to the Please wait and does nothing else. Could you post some photos since you were able to fix your phone?

    Thanks

    Rob

    Please wait problem solved

I got the TMS cable and SEMCtool working when I read in a forum that you have to use the cruiser cable selection. I thought I had, but tried it again, selected Read Codes and Clear Codes. Boom two weeks of fiddling with the phone and the problem is finally solved. Now I'm going to sell the phone, I like SonyEricssons, but I am tired of the sony special memory sticks, no DV2P support for MP3 player and the inconvient headphone jack, which was always falling out while I was running or working out. I've switched to Motorola A1200 or Ming. I love it, feature rich and beautiful form.

Thanks for all the support on this great forum. Do you have a motorola forum too?

Anyone like to buy a discounted TMS cable? bmrgato@hotmail.com

you need to go to my computer, device manager and check on wich port your cable is installed.
then go back tu semctool usbsmart 8.4 and modify the port according to what you have read there in device manager
you will be able to see the port cable is installed only if the cable is plugged in and drivers are installed, under port (com & lpt)
