if that doesn't help, there's no way out but reinstalling your windows schould help (as mohdumer said)

but you can try this package. (just click on "weiter" (and in the following windows always the middle button))

edit: yes, it installs a lot of drivers that aren't really needed, but in most cases everything works fine with this package because it contains drivers for almost every SE phone (except smartphones (look at the translated description))
