what can i do with just swf file without the theme?

Another way.
1-just open the .thm with Themes creator.
2-On standby imagem click import and on filename write *.swf and press enter, later select a flash wallpaper of your choice and click ok.
3-Finished, no need tugzip, notepad, or other..

i would like to do this but i'm new to Themes creator. i'm not sure i understand what to do. can you take screenprints and post them here. it would really be helpful.
