    I'd have to agree with you 100%. The only way I can see possible to make this work is to turn the back light on all the time which really isn't a solution because battery life would be horrible.

    I think this is a pretty much closed issue now. Thank you all for your help and insight.

    Hummmm, thanks. That pretty much convinces me it's not worth the trouble.

    And moreover, an allblack sleepmode screen is a lot less battery-consuming. =)
