Help Urgent!!

Like i noob, i tried to flash my brand new w580. I have read the tutorials many times just to make sure everything is correct. It was said FLASHED SUCCESSFULLY but when i turned it on, it gave me the Configuration Error.
Here are my files.

W580_R8BA024_MAIN_HONG_KONG_LA_RED52
W580_R8BA024_FS_HONG_KONG_RED52

and custpack, Since in XS, it said CDA was R10A.. (tried with R8A) and didnt work.

HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_104_R10A_GENERIC_HONG_KONG

What is wrong ? Does anyone know. MUCH help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

wrong cust pack.i had this problem with a k750.I searched and I found another tutorial for flashing it and then it the correct custpack.so,search

FACTS

Any combo of Cust pack and FS will work.
you choose correct combo >> all languages will work
you choose wrong combo >> only common languages work. Only English in many cases

your problem >> you dint upload cust pack properly !! 100% i am sure ..!!

connect phone ( usual process )
unzip the customization pack ( use the cust pack which goes with the FS of your choice or create one which is very easy )

you will find a folder named "tpa" in it

now in xs++ directory on PC, in the directory where u have xs++.exe create a new folder named "own_custpack"

copy the "tpa" folder into this "own_custpack" folder the path of custom files should be like own_custpack/tpa/preset/custom...

open xs++ and connect fone check only customize file system

now under phone model select 'Own Custpack'
under CDA and Region, select '/own_custpack'

now hit flash...
now in few seconds custom files will be added to your phone and done
Start your phone !! Wait for some time !!

your probley just uploading the custpack in the wrong place do it manually,first unzip the custpack in xs++3.1 click FSX, then click start fsx, browse to tpa/preset/custom, and press upload now upload your custpack there.
