Deleting Walkman theme with XS++??

hi, im a theme creator and im having the same problems as you. you would probably be able to downgrade the firmware, but im not gona try it (ive just got the phone) and i realy dont wana brick it like i did with my old phone.

yeah ... same problem here... strobe spinning and splat themes aren't affected of the problem cause of theyr light refresh/change...

i have the r8 firmware too and i heard arund that sony knows the issue and is trying to fix it for the next firmware release...

for the meanwhile we can try fix in those 2 ways :

1- try changing the walkman skin light color to the same as the wanted skin
2- making skins wih continous changing light

but since now i couldn't do none of those 2 options... any help would be great!

NOTE : i also niticed sometimes it reverts back to green/yellow even closing the phone

If you don't mind me asking, where did you hear that Sony Ericsson is working on this issue for the next firmware. This weekend I was planning to flash down from R8BA024 to R6BC002, but if they're coming out with a new one soon, I'll probably wait around for that.

As far as the current solutions, you can flash back to R6BC002 becz according to others, this firmware doesn't have the issue. You should be able to change the sony theme color also by editing the theme and over-writing it with XS++ or other tool.

Well, there is some walkman skins that have the other light effect then that green-yellow light!

special walkman skins


- Light Blue Vector - BLUE
- Overhaulin - RED
- Spray Paint - PINK
- Joint Division - GREEN
- Necromancy - RED
- Street Mission - RED

And this is the one that changes light every second. But there is some bug in it but it's working.
