This program is great but I cant Seem to get transparent images to work on it. they always appear with black around them.
Also I'm wondering if it will be possible in the near future to use a larger png then the original cause it really sucks having to lower the size of a png?

it si because image tool supports transparency only with rgb+ alpha....and when you use photoshop and you use "save for web"- this function remove alpha channel...
