Hi,

this guy tried to unlock my phone without my approval (long story short) and most likely pulled the plug during a flash or just a bad flash...

The phone does not power up. no red led or nothing...and when plugged into a computer with a dc60 you can still hear the usb click sound.

I've searched the forum and other forum as well and came to the conclusion of a eprom

Is this a problem with the eprom??

the phone is with the guy, and it'll take maybe a month while waiting for his buddy to come back and fix it. I have their temp phone as a replacement.
I don't want to wait that long..

So if this is only a problem with the eprom or another...any solutions that can help me fix it??

Look connect it to xs++ 3.1 or setool lite and copy here your phone`s log.

Did you remode the batt first before you tried to reflash the phone?

Somewhere I have heard you could recover it by SEUS. I do not know if it is true, but the person I spoke with told me that is is possible.

He told me that SonyEricsson tells you, when you use SEUS that the battery must be completely charged. Normally it will update your phone without a problem. But also your computer can fail, and then also is the datastream to your phone broken up. Then he told me that you can recover, by using SEUS again.

I know, flashing was probably not been done by SEUS, but with DaVinci or something like that. But, you can always try using SEUS.

actually, i have the same problem that just occured yesterday except i was just using my phone normally when it happened! I didn't flash it , but I was just talkin normally with my friend until it turned off. I tried turning it on after, and i get a white screen and it freezes at the sony logo afterwards. now, my phone doesn't turn on at all, even after i "tried charging" it (the charging screen doesn't even show anymore. But when you say the red led light, is it the light on the bottom right side of the phone? because mine flashes when i try to turn it on by pressing the power button, but the phone just doesnt turn on at all.

i'm a noobie to these phone flashin and stuff, anyone else know what the problem is?
