    Update K850i Firmware

Ok well I used SEUS to flash my firmware to R1CA037 but a couple days later it stopped booting :(

I don't really have a warranty but SonyEricsson said I should send it to them to get fixed. But if I was to use XS++ or SETool and just update the Main and File System firmware’s (to 29 or 37) how good are my chances at getting it working without the EROM file

Also I don't want to stuff it and have SonyEricsson turnaround and say I broke the phone so they aren’t going to touch it!

If they said that you can send them and they will fix, I would do it. If SEUS did this, then they can`t say anything and have to fix it, because it was not your fault.

    Nice day

Sorry number1 and bolokia but could you tell me why XS++ would not work? When I tried to connect my K850i to the XS++ software (v3.1) it read it absolutly fine! Though I have not yet tried to flash it.

if your problem is within the phones firmware i would try to fix it yourself by flashing with XS++..

    but

if the problem lies within the hardware then i would send the phone off to sony ericcson to have it fixed
