Add Language to K800-K810 without Flash

Hello all. I (Dragon_usa )just figure out the way to add the language to your phone without flashing it. Easy and simple.

First you need to get the language file that you want to add.
    way to get :
    Code:
    1. download MAIN2RAW and SEFSTOOL4
    2. extract them in some temp folder, i.e. C:\w580i\
    3. rename (if you like) the fbn file for easy-typing purposes only, i.e. W580i.fbn
    4. go to MSDOS (type cmd) and go to temp folder (type cd\w580i)
    5. type main2raw <name of .fbn file> 2020, i.e main2raw W581i.fbn 2020
    6. It tell you press enter to quit main2raw. It now created a file W580i.RAW.
    7. type sefstool4 <name of raw file> 2020 , i.e sefstool4 W580i.RAW 2020
    8. sefstool now created a folder with all standard GENERIC files. Browse them to find your original file.
    Download Software: 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download main2raw & SEFStool4.zip

Second: when you have the file language. Rename it to one of the file language that is in your fone that you don't use.
Up load that new file language to phone.
Go to general / Language and choose the language you just add. Enjoy.
Exampe: how to did with my fone k800-->k810i
    I am vietnamese , so i need FS-APAC (English - Indonesian - Malay - Philippine-Tagalog - Vietnamese - Chinese )
But the newest firmware of k810i R8BA024 doesn't have APAC yet. They do have FS Europe 2(English - French - German - Sesotho (South Africa) - Zulu - Turkish )
so i use FS europe and want the vietnamese language.
i know i wont use Zulu language so i rename the vietnamese language file(vi.lng) to Zulu language file(Zulu.lng) and upload the new language file to phone.
    TPA\Preset\System\Language .
    it worked perfect.

if any of you have question , just ask.

If anyone has their k800 up to k810 and the ligheffect on the own cutspack not working on the button 1,2,3, Back, C, Call, Menu. Email me, and i will send out the file that make lighteffect for all the button on the phone. Worke perfect.

PS: My phone k800-->k810 with Europe 2 File system and R8BA024 Main Firmware. Language include: English, French, Spanish, Vietnamese, chinese.

can you tell me what firmware did you get the language from,
you have to get the language from k800 R8BA024 to make it work correct.

my method will work only if you get the language file form the same firmware , but different model
EX: K810i R8BA024 , you can get language file from k800i R8BA024, and so on

Must be extracted from phone FileSystem...Or you can look in download area....In Directory Files section....

to add language files, see this thread or directly on se-nse. In se-nse, I know another thread that can help you add a language to your phone but, I'm not at home, so I don't have the link.
