What you will need for your W660 is:

To flash the main is the HONG KONG MAIN and also HONG KONG File System(FS)
And customize with the custom pack.

The HONG KONG will add the Traditional Chinese characters, CHINA is what you need for Simplied.

    Flash using XS+.

One more thing to add to ^^^
with Hong Kong MAIN/FS you will end up with PinYin and Strokes input for typing Chinese. CHINA MAIN/FS is the same thing but you have simplified Chinese. And last but not least, Taiwan MAIN/FS is traditional Chinese (like HK) but the input is strokes and "bopomofo" Taiwanese input system.

Just in case you thought about and wondered about the differences between all 3 of those.
