anyone get errors on JDFlasher CID53 ??

Is it just me, or is there anyone else getting errors on there JDFlasher

i can happily select DB202 DCU60 rabbit hole

phone connects and detects red cid53

it then shows me oflash, ofs


i can do anythin i like copy delete rename files within ofs....

but if i try oflash, i get just ..

and whenever i try select a file to copy, copy as baby, yeah, flash it... i get error EVERY SINGLE TIME....






story how i got to this stage....

I had fully working UK w880i mobile phone 100% unlocked, unbraded as new paid ££££ some years ago....

I found a website totalgsm, which could debrand mobile phones... i done this on a DIFFERENT PHONE handset, and was amazed

So i decided to "play", i used the Totalgsm software KKclient, and downloaded a W880 main & fs off the client software, HONG KONG - just to see what it would look like, perhaps to see if i would see Japenese/chinese symbols on my fone - then to revert back to UK - experience...


anyway, flashed the files to the phone... at end it said no free credits for this phone....

i disconnected the phone and tried to turn it on... said configuration error cntact network supplier etc....

i then used KKclient again to download GENERIC / EUROPE 4 files, same process as above....

Tried turn phone on again, same error.... configuration error cntact network supplier etc....


I then BY ACCIDENT, downloaded GENERIC / EUROPE 4 files but for the w580 by error (w880 / w580 similar looking mistaken click of mouse)


I tried turn phone on, and it VIBRATED but no logos or anything came up, looked dead...


So i thourght right ok, i try SONY ERICSSON UPDATE SERVICE - thinking this would put it straight back the way it should....


SEUS detected the phone correctly as w880 / w880i and took sometime and completed the flash and said disconnect phone etc etc....


Tried to turn on phone, and no different.. VIBRATE but still black screen



I then found websites such as this TopSony, and others (mainly this site as i understand the forum) -

I then read up and learnt that all needed was Custom Pack (at the time i didnt know how to do this)


I then downloaded XS++ software, for to put a CUST PACK ON..

i used the usual "2" connect USB, and detected the phone fine...

But said my phone was *not supported* soon as i clicked anything for example FLASH, GDFS



I realise then, the EPROM had changed to 53 (since SEUS)



Now I am with FAR + JDFLASHER CID53

I have paid TopSony 2euro for 100mb availability...

I have so far downloaded the following...

W880_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_4_RED53.fbn
W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED53.mbn

w880_R1KG001_files_directories.rar

HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_13_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_4.zip



But as i follow Tutorials for JDFLASHER i am stuck over and over again same Problem....


JD - db2020, dcu60... jump hole, hold 2 usb connect - finds the phone red cid53

shows me my files on phone....

oflash
ofs



I can SUCESS enter ofs - i can 100% write / read in ofs.........

BUT


When i enter oflash, i see only ".."


If i try to copy
W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED53.mbn

and select Babe imiage, flash it i ALWAYS get ERROR




HELP!




I have even tried using the W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED53.mbn and
W880_R8BA024_FS_EUROPE_4_RED53.fbn with KKclient (totalgsm) but i get TOPSONY FORMAT DETECTED, and can go no further.

I get errors as you know about



but i have just tried oflash, with 2 different files.... (for a different phone)


and WITHOUT ERROR IT IS AS WE SPEAK UPLOADING THE FLASH TO THE PHONE NOW?

Error is your FS and Custom file.

Must use these flash files:

these w610 files flashed onto my phone perfectly

where as my w880 files error



what should i do now, should i try and turn phone on????


ps, i have only flashed the MAIN and FS - i have not touched HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_11_R5A_GENERIC_EUROPE_2

Connect to XS++ and copy log here and later I can say what flash files must use.

and it does not flash at all - comes up with error

i have paid top sony twice for more download, but my account says, i have reached my limit... so i can no longer download files, even tho i have paid twice...

soon as i can download i will get them, but i am not feeling 100% seen as the 3rd file you mention, "W880_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_AI_RED53.mbn " i already downloaded and it didnt flash!
