dear top sony team, I have subscribed for a premium account, and payed by PayPal.
After that i tried to download some firmware but it said that i dont have privileges!!
I need urgently to download that files, please help!!!

I was wondering too, how long it typically takes to get download privledges after paying. Is it not automatic?
