K850 firmware problem

I have a problem with the lent of the camera.........when I turn on camera the lent do not open...........i dont know why.......when this happen i used to take off the battery for about a minute and then it works.....but now it doesn´t.....

When I turn on the camera.....the lens of the camera doesn't open..........I used to fix that taking off battery for about a minute......but now it doesn't do anything......does anybody know how to fix that problem?

i had same prob needed a new camers fitted in the end done under warrenty
take it to the shop if u can?

its probably a hardware problem contact the store you bought it
